- The ITW Miller Bernard QT2-80 is an 80-degree rotatable conductor tube (neck) assembly designed for use with Bernard Q-Gun and BTB MIG gun platforms. This short tube assembly features an anodized aluminum exterior and a 2.22-inch bend radius, supporting welding operations between 200 and 400 amps. It is engineered to utilize threadless Quik Tip consumables, which employ a threaded taper lock between the contact tip and gas diffuser to optimize electrical conductivity and heat transfer.
