Bug-O Systems DC IV with a gear ratio of 50:1 makes use of both low speed and high speed pinion gears and is ideal for mounting welding attachments or accessories. The operating speed of low-speed gear is 1.5 - 30 IPM with a range of 38 - 750 mm per minute and the operating speed of high-speed gear is 8 - 160 IPM with a range of 200 - 4000 mm per minute. The bull gear is engaged to the pinion to offer a high torque and it can also be bypassed to the other pinion to provide a low torque. The cam clutch is used to engage or disengage the drive and a wing nut is used to lock the clutch. It features a power cord, power indicator light, forward-off-reverse switch, variable speed control, circuit breaker and a 12" carriage.
