SPECIAL METALS MONEL® 67 AWS A5.7 ERCuNi 1/16" Dia X 36" Filler Metal is ideally designed for welding of MONEL® alloy 450 and other copper-nickel alloys using oxyacetylene, gas-tungsten arc, gas metal arc and submerged arc. Filler metal produces a copper-nickel weld metal having an excellent resistance to corrosion in seawater and is perfect for surfacing of steel if a nickel filler metal 61 is applied as a first barrier. Filler metal uses INCOFLUX 8 submerged arc flux for submerged arc welding and is used for joining MONEL® alloys or nickel 200 and copper nickel alloys in dissimilar applications. It is also used in marine, desalination applications and meets VdTUV 4528.00 and 4529.00 standards.
