- Castolin Eutectic® EutecTrode® Xuper® 2222 XHD 1/8" Dia Nickel Base Electrode comes in an 11 lb package. Electrode is ideal for flame hardening equipment, heat-treating trays and baskets, kiln tire repairs, ingot tongs, continuous casting molds and related equipment. Electrode is formulated for high speed welding of critically stressed applications. It is designed for welding large cross sections and produces deposits that exhibit superior crack resistance and ductility. Electrode has high tensile strength of 90000 psi and yield strength of 65000 psi.
