Lincoln Electric® Wearshield® 60 5/32" Dia X 14" Hard Facing Electrode comes in a 10 lb cardboard carton and provides resistant to higher abrasion. Electrode can be used on carbon, low alloy, stainless as well as manganese steels and it manifests higher alloy compared to Wearshield® ABR, Wearshield® 44 or Wearshield® ME. It renders limited 2 layers of deposition that contains primary carbides in a matrix of austenite like carbide eutectic. It is designed to weld in flat and horizontal welding positions with all-position ability. It finds applications sleeves, brick and coke machinery, grader blades, conveyor screws, crusher rolls, plates and jaws.

Will bond to carbon, low alloy, stainless, and manganese steels
Deposits should be limited to two layers
Welds in the flat, horizontal and horizontal vertical (3 o'clock) positions, with all-position ability
Designed to resist severe abrasion
It exhibits higher alloy and higher abrasion resistance than Wearshield® ABR, Wearshield® 44 or Wearshield® ME
