Lincoln Electric® Wearshield® 60 1/8" Dia X 14" Hard Facing Electrode comes in a 10 lb cardboard carton and provides resistant to higher abrasion. Electrode can be used on carbon, low alloy, stainless as well as manganese steels and it manifests higher alloy compared to Wearshield® ABR, Wearshield® 44 or Wearshield® ME. It renders limited 2 layers of deposition that contains primary carbides in a matrix of austenite like carbide eutectic. It is designed to weld in flat and horizontal welding positions with all-position ability. It finds applications sleeves, brick and coke machinery, grader blades, conveyor screws, crusher rolls, plates and jaws.
