Esab® Spoolarc® 120 ER120 Low Alloy Steel MIG Welding Wire with 0.045" Dia comes on a 550 lb OMP 20 and is used to weld HY-100 as well as other similar steels. Military grade wire features better mechanical properties as well as low temperature toughness under various welding parameters. It is used for welding superior strength quenched and tempered steels. Weld metal mechanical properties develops high tensile strength of 123 ksi at 840 MPa and yield strength of 112 ksi at 775 MPa. It is designed for GMAW, GTAW and SAW welding process. It finds applications in mobile machinery, general fabrication, military tanks, submarines as well as shipbuilding. It features AWS/ASME SFA 5.28: ER120S-1 and AWS/ASME SFA 5.23 EM4 approvals. Sold as 2 per pallet.
