ESAB® All-State® #11 Flux Coated Nickel Silver Brazing Alloy Wire measuring 3/32" X 18" has higher strength than ordinary bronze rods. It is ideal for joining ferrous, non-ferrous metals, carbon and alloy steels. It is widely used on production of bicycles, furniture ornamental railings, radiators and more. It has tensile strength up to 85 ksi and working temperature of 1200 deg F - 1750 deg F.

Use enough ventilation, local exhaust at the arc, or both, to keep the exposure within legal limits.
Use respirable fume respirator or air supplied respirator when welding in confined space or where local exhaust or ventilation does not keep exposure below TLV.
