- Scotch® Electrical Moisture Sealant Roll 06147, 2-1/2 in x 10 ft, Black, 1 roll/carton, 10 rolls/Case. Scotch® Sealant is a 45 mil thick, premium grade, electrical moisture sealant pad that is used to seal electrical connections up to 600V. Made of durable vinyl and PVC, this tape withstands a wide temperature range of 32 to 100 °F (0 to 38 °C). The sealant ensures conformability with an aggressive mastic adhesive.
