Stanley® Proto® Drift Punch measuring 5/16" is made of S2 steel and is specially heat-treated for greater strength as well as durability. Punch is designed for installing and removing pins and shafts. It has modified parabolic striking end to resist mushrooming and chipping. It can be used to align holes in two or more pieces of metal through which a bolt or screw is to be inserted.
