A strong yet flexible plastic backing plate absorbs vibration, making this disc comfortable to use in a small grinder. Y-weight polyester flaps' supersized grinding aid offers fray resistance, grain retention, extended lifespan and a cool, fast cut. With the latest generation's ceramic alumina abrasive grain, this disc lasts 50 to 200 percent longer than other discs against tough materials.
