Norton® 38A 8" Dia x 3/4" Type 1 Straight Coarse Grade Aluminum Oxide Vitrified Wheel with 1 1/4" hole and 46 grit is a good choice for light grinding of tool steels. White wheel made of friable abrasive grain is designed for cool and burn-free cutting. Wheel with consistent quality and versatility is ideal for heat-sensitive applications. Wheel that rotates at a maximum speed of 3105 RPM has H hardness and VBE bonding. Wheel providing excellent balance and dimensional accuracy is used for broad variety of tool steels. It is designed for every ferrous as well as nonferrous MRO, small job shop and production operations.
