Norton® SG 5" Dia X 1 3/4" Type 11 Ceramic Alumina Vitrified Flaring Cup Abrasive Wheel with 1 1/4" arbor features 60 grit and medium K grade hardness. Blue wheel rotates at a speed of 4585 RPM for high-performance and is commonly used for precision grinding of steels, hard alloys and exotic materials. It has a Z face with rim width of 1/4" and 3 3/4" Dia hub. Wheel offers sharp edge on tools and dies through its self-sharpening abrasive and features two times higher stock removal rate than conventional abrasives. It has superior cutting and provides a sharp, high-purity grain as well as durability. Wheel has versatile VS, VSP bonds for exceptional form holding and offers maximum productivity in heat-sensitive, heavy stock removal operations.
