Chicago Protective Apparel Removable Cover Leggings with spring closure feature 2-ply chrome leather construction that offers immense protection against heat, sparks and splatter. Leggings have a metal instep bar which forms and holds flare providing great protection from the hazards of welding. Flares are 7" and made from rubber. The snap out steel spring frame allows users to replace the covers when necessary and provide an adjustable fit.
