About this product


  • ARCAL™ 8/2 TECH is an ARCAL Technical line product. ARCAL 8/2 TECH is a gas with oxidizing properties, designed for optimized performance in travel speed and appearance for MIG welding. Best used with carbon steel GMAW or sheet metal (<3/16") applications, the ARCAL 8/2 TECH will provide good arc stability, good flat weld bead profile, reduce spatter and perform in higher wire feed speed vs. gases with greater CO2 content.
