  • Model 450 Deluxe Ironworker® kit contains quality equipment needed for cutting, brazing, and welding using oxygen and acetylene gases. The kit can cut up 8 in. (203.2mm) and is supplied with a tip to cut up to 1 in. (25.4mm) plate. The kit can braze up to 6 in. (152.4) diameter copper tube and is supplied with a size tip for brazing copper up to 1 1/2 in. (38.1mm) tube. The kit is capable of welding up to 1 in. (25.4mm) and is supplied with a tip that welds up to 1/16 in. (1.6mm) plate.

  • Extra Heavy Duty 2-tube design kit to be used with oxygen and acetylene gases.
  • Regulator oxygen and acetylene Model 450 with easy-to-read dual scale 2.5 in. gauges, brass T-screw handle, stainless steel diaphragms and tamper-proof, self-reseating safety relief valve and our distinguished internal encapsulated seat filter. Oxygen regulator delivers up to 125 psi and acetylene regulator delivers up to 15 psi.
  • Torch handle model VH31 that has tube-within-a-tube construction and is equipped with external replaceable FlashGuard® Check Valves. This handle is the ideal choice for heavy heating applications.
  • Cutting attachment model VH24 features a stainless-steel lever, an in-tube mixer, and threaded connections for easy repair.
  • Consumables included: V1-101-1 cutting tip, V-W mixer and 23A90-5 welding tip.
  • Accessories included: Shade 5 safety glasses (ANSI Z87.1 CE Weld), Handheld ignitor, 1/4 in. x 20 ft. twin R-grade hose and Harris black and red insulated tool kit bag.
