Item Details

  • ESAB® Purox® 4202 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 2 - 4" metal thickness and has gas pressure of 40 - 75 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 6 - 10 PSIG for acetylene. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 8 - 12 inches per min cutting speed, 0.095 - 0.110" average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 195 - 325 CFH for total oxygen and 18 - 25 CFH for acetylene. Medium pre-heat nozzle features 6 preheat holes, 50" drill cutting and is used for beveling and general-purpose applications.
