Harper™ 700 Series Cylinder Hand Truck with retractable rear casters provides a wide range of utility for various gases and compatible for medium to large cylinders. Hand truck has 1 1/4" tubular steel frame offering continuous push, pull or lift and 1/4" high strength steel to prevent load from rubbing on wheels. It also has a 3/4" D-Lok zinc plated axle to resist rust.
