Lincoln Electric® Power Feed® 84 Dual Wire Feeder features an auto setting to offer simplified installation. It measures 25.2" X 22 1/2" X 30.6". Feeder can accommodate 0.025 - 3/32" solid/0.035 - 0.12" cored wires. It offers a wire-feeding speed of 50 - 1200 IPM. Feeder has an input power rating of 40 VDC. It has 8 user memories to provide complete WPS recall. Feeder has rugged/robust construction to improve isolation and to protect from tough environmental conditions. It offers modularity to allow customizable configurations. Feeder features digital meters with run-in/start weld/burn back/crater parameters are used to provide actual/preset weld display and controlling of full weld sequence. It has a feed plate that fits to the right/left side of the wire drive housing for convenience working in any center. Feeder features an electrode input stud that can be mounted on the wire drive frame to protect the feed plate from misuse caused while pulling the gun cable. It has new gun adapters that offer improved electrical reliability, less voltage loss and simplified connection. Feeder features PowerPath™ contactors that isolate non-active wire drives and gouging stud electrically. It features a USB port for unlimited memory expansion for future upgrades. It features a heavy duty reel stand. Feeder has a digital gas flow kit that can be used to display the actual gas flow rate while welding.
