Harris® Silicon-Bronze Welding Alloy Rod measures 3/32" Dia x 36". Designed for welding similar composition base metals, brass and welding silicon bronze to steel. It is frequently used in GTAW "brass welding" of coated sheet steels. This rod has a tensile strength of 50,000 psi min. and a Brinell Hardness of 8-100 HB (500 kg load). Meets with ANSI/AWS A5.7 and ASME SFA 5.7 ERCuSi-A standards. It comes in a 50 lb box.
